We provide two types of Sewage Pump Station panels:
These panels are used in applications where two pumps of equal horse power, phase and voltage are required to meet the needs of the application. Control Systems supplies duplex panels for single phase and three phase pumps. A Hand-Off-Auto (HOA) switch, running and failed LED is provided for each pump. A lead or alternate selector switch is also provided. All Duplex panels come with a stainless steel enclosure rated for NEMA 4X, motor starter for each pump, a Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor (TVSS), Phase Monitor (PM) to prevent motor from running in the event of a phase loss, a duplex pump controller to control the pumps based on the floats or level transducer input(s), Motor Monitors (MM) for providing positive run signal and monitoring proper motor running conditions, and one year warranty, system operation instruction manuals and drawings, one year supply of recommended spare parts, the enclosure. A pilot light is provided for visual indication of any abnormal conditions or alarms. Some duplex panels come with SCADA option.
Quadraplex Panels
These panels are used in applications where upto four pumps of equal horse power, phase and voltage are required to meet the needs of the application. Control Systems supplies quadraplex panels for single phase and three phase pumps. A Hand-Off-Auto (HOA) switch, running and failed LED is provided for each pump. All the available pumps are alternated at the end of the current cycle. All Quadraplex panels come with a stainless steel enclosure rated for NEMA 4X, motor starter for each pump, a Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor (TVSS), Phase Monitor (PM) to prevent motor from running in the event of a phase loss, a duplex pump controller to control the pumps based on the floats or level transducer input(s), Motor Monitors (MM) for providing positive run signal and monitoring proper motor running conditions, and one year warranty, system operation instruction manuals and drawings, one year supply of recommended spare parts, the enclosure.
